By accessing or using our Site, requesting our services, or purchasing from our Shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
MG Cooling Systems provides AC, HVAC, and industrial cooling repair, servicing, installation, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, including:
- AC repair and servicing (split, window, panel)
- Emergency AC repair
- AC deep cleaning
- Panel AC and office cooling installation
- Chillers and VRF/VRV systems
- Cold storage systems
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
2. Service Bookings and Appointments
- Service requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, our contact form, or website
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested appointment times, including same-day service where stated, but exact timing may vary based on technician availability, location, and demand
- A technician visit may involve a diagnostic/visit charge, which will be communicated to you before the visit where applicable
3. Pricing and Payment
- We provide transparent, upfront quotes before beginning any repair or installation work
- Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate based on the actual condition found on-site (e.g., additional parts required); any change will be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding
- Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., under an AMC)
- For purchases made through our online Shop, payment is due at the time of order as per the checkout process
4. Warranty
- Repair work carried out by MG Cooling Systems is covered by a service warranty as communicated to you at the time of service; warranty periods vary by the type of repair and parts used
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized third-party repairs, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear
- Products purchased through our Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel a scheduled service appointment by contacting us at least a few hours in advance; late cancellations may be subject to a visit charge if a technician has already been dispatched
- Refunds for services already performed are not provided, except where the service was not delivered as agreed
- For Shop purchases, refund and return eligibility will be as stated on the individual product listing or communicated at the time of purchase
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the AC unit, equipment, or site for our technicians
- Please disclose any known hazards, prior repair history, or site-specific conditions relevant to the job
- Please ensure someone authorized is present (or reachable) during the scheduled service window
7. Limitation of Liability
- MG Cooling Systems will perform services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by factors outside our control, or issues arising from customer-supplied parts or prior unauthorized repairs
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service
8. Service Partners and Careers
- Applications submitted via our Careers or Become a Service Partner pages do not guarantee employment or partnership; all applications are reviewed at our discretion
- Terms for confirmed service partners or employees will be set out separately in a written agreement
9. Third-Party Brand Services
- MG Cooling Systems is an authorised service partner for Helium Smart Air products in specific approved regions (Haryana, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Noida). Services related to Helium products outside these regions, if provided, are offered as general HVAC service and not as an authorised Helium service
- All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners
10. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting Site functionality, or using it for unlawful purposes
- All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is the property of MG Cooling Systems Private Limited unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
