1. AC Technician
Location: Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad Experience: 2+ years preferred
We’re looking for technicians experienced in diagnosing and repairing split ACs, window ACs, and commercial cooling units. Experience with panel ACs, VRF/VRV systems, or chillers is a strong plus.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and repair AC faults (cooling issues, gas leaks, compressor/PCB problems)
- Perform routine servicing and AMC visits
- Handle customer sites professionally and on schedule
- Report job details accurately for record-keeping
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on AC/HVAC repair experience
- Basic understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems
- Own two-wheeler preferred (for site visits)
- Good communication with customers
2. AC Installer
Location: Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad Experience: 1+ years preferred
Looking for installers who can handle new AC installations — from residential split units to commercial panel AC and VRF setups — safely and to standard.
What you’ll do:
- Install split, window, panel, and VRF/VRV AC units
- Handle copper piping, drainage, and electrical connections for new installs
- Coordinate with the team lead/technician on-site
- Ensure installation work meets safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- Prior installation experience (residential or commercial)
- Comfortable working at height and with basic installation tools
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR project sites
3. Helper / Technician Assistant
Location: Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad Experience: Freshers welcome
A great entry point into the HVAC industry. Work alongside our technicians and installers, learn on the job, and grow into a technician or installer role over time.
What you’ll do:
- Assist technicians/installers with tools, materials, and site setup
- Help with basic cleaning, dusting, and site prep work
- Learn hands-on AC repair and installation skills
- Support day-to-day service operations
What we’re looking for:
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Basic physical fitness for on-site work
- No prior experience required — training provided
